I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent - I got a comfortable room at a reasonable price. Secondly, the staff were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, right in the city center and close to the lake. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and I truly enjoyed the tasty food that was included.

The hotel had some cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as dirty towels, slow water flow in the bathroom and a bad smell in the room, which affected the overall comfort level.

We loved the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great location near food streets. The room was clean, spacious, with beautiful views. The breakfast had a big variety of delicious meals.

Nothing not too like.

Spent xmas in Sapa and had a generally good time. the hotel room was adequately sized and the heating was working what truly made the stay enjoyable was the stunning scenery from the balcony and the tri, fold brochure which provided insightful tips on nearby trekking routes. the location was excellent, only a 5, minute walk to the town centre and the beautiful lake.

The negatives outweighed the positives. the breakfast was mediocre, not much variety and below average in taste.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - we got so much for what we paid. Secondly, the staff's attention to detail was impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of for us, from arranging our trekking guide to rearranging our transport when our train got canceled. Lastly, the location in the city center was perfect, allowing us easy access to explore everything the city had to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great city view. The staff, particularly Mr Eddie, were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The hotel organized flawless tour arrangements, including transfers and meals. The breakfast and lunch provided were delicious and enjoyable.
